  • The conference will be held beginning Tuesday, April 21, 2026 until Saturday, April 25, 2026.

  • All conference events, including worship services, business sessions and meals, will be held at First A.M.E. Church Bethel, 60 West 132nd Street, New York, NY 10037.

  • Yes, registration is required for all conference attendees, including pastors, delegates, clergy, laity, missionaries, youth & young adults.

    While our pre-registration time has ended, you can still register on-site at the conference.

  • Yes, all worship services will be streamed via First A.M.E. Church Bethel social media pages.

  • Yes, both lunch and dinner will be available for purchase during the Conference at a cost of $20 for each meal.

    Please note that through the Sustentation support of the New York Conference, meals will be provided for NY Conference pastors and delegates beginning with lunch on Wednesday, April 22, and concluding with dinner on Friday, April 25.

    Also for individuals that pre-purchased their meals during the registration period can use your unique QR code to check in during the purchased meal period.

  • Yes, there is on-street parking available, but please note that there is no designated parking. We encourage you to arrive early on the days you will be attending to find and secure parking, all NYC parking regulations will be enforced and we are not responsible for any tickets, violations or towing.

    Please consider carpooling, using ride share, including access ride, or using public transportation. For those who desire to use a parking garage, that will be at the expense of the driver.
